Our story
From plumbing to a specialised services group.
Franklins began in 1994 as a plumbing business. The principle was simple and has not changed: turn up, do the job properly, and stand behind the work.
As clients grew, so did what they needed from us. Sites that needed a plumber also needed an electrician and someone who understood pumps. In 2014 the group added Ecovolt Electrical and Fusion Pumps, so a client could hand the trades across a site — or a whole network of sites — to one group.
We cater to our customers' and clients' demands by providing services and products that set high standards for quality, durability and value for money, and by encouraging a culture of trust, responsibility, high expectations and open communication with our customers, clients and suppliers.
