Our team is experienced in the design, installation and maintenance of floodlighting for sporting parks and stadiums. Light levels have to meet the standard for the sport, spill onto neighbours has to be controlled, and everything is at height in the weather.
We can supply and install a computer-based SMS control system to streamline control of field lighting. It stops lights running when the park is not in use and removes the need to adjust onsite timers — which has proven to reduce power consumption and extend the life of the lamps.
The same system can also control amenities lighting, hot water units and even automatic doors.
On existing fields, LED conversion is usually where the value is: lower running cost, instant restrike rather than a warm-up wait, and far fewer lamp changes at height.
