Working in commercial and industrial facilities
Facilities managers are measured on uptime and compliance. The trades behind a building need to be maintained on schedule, documented properly and fixed quickly when they fail.
We support offices, shopping centres, industrial complexes, warehouses and property portfolios with planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and project work, including fit-outs, plant replacement and upgrades.
Because the group covers three trades, one maintenance program can span hydraulic, electrical and pump systems instead of being split between separate contractors with separate reporting.
