Three Fusion Pumps service vans at an industrial site

How we deliver

One partner for the trades across a whole portfolio.

Clients do not want a directory of contractors. They want one group that takes responsibility for the plumbing, electrical and pump systems across every site they manage.

What clients get

  • One point of contact for three trades
  • Planned maintenance and reactive callout
  • Records, test results and certificates by site
  • 24/7 callouts for plumbing and electrical faults

The model

From scope to close-out.

  1. 1

    Scope

We start with the assets: which sites, which systems, what the compliance obligations are and what response the client needs when something fails.

  2. 2

    Mobilise

Work is allocated to the specialist company for each trade, with site access, inductions and safety requirements arranged before anyone attends.

  3. 3

    Maintain and respond

Planned preventative maintenance runs on schedule, while reactive faults are attended as they arise, with 24/7 callouts for plumbing and electrical emergencies.

  4. 4

    Report

Every job closes out with records, test results and certificates, organised by site so the client can see what was done, where and when.

Why a group

What one accountable partner changes.

The difference shows up when something goes wrong at a site that cannot wait — and in the paperwork afterwards.

  • A single point of contact

One relationship covers three trades. No coordinating separate plumbing, electrical and pump contractors across the portfolio.

  • Faults that cross trades

A failed pump is often an electrical fault too. The group diagnoses across trades and resolves it as one job with one party responsible.

  • Consistency across sites

The same scope, workmanship and documentation standard at every location, backed by certified quality management systems.

  • Round-the-clock response

Emergency callouts for plumbing and electrical faults run 24/7, because critical sites do not fail on business hours.

Planned and reactive

Maintenance on schedule, and a response when it fails.

Planned

Preventative maintenance programs

Scheduled servicing of pumps, hot water plant, switchboards and lighting finds wear before it becomes a failure. Programs are set around the site's operating pattern and its compliance calendar — emergency lighting, test and tag, thermal imaging.

Reactive

Callout response

Faults are attended by the specialist for the trade, made safe first and then repaired. Where a fault spans trades, the group coordinates the response so the site is back in service as one job, not a chain of separate bookings.
