Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by appropriately licensed tradespeople within each specialist company, and pump work by qualified plumbers, mechanical fitters and electricians.
Site safety
Risk assessment, safe work method statements and site-specific inductions for work in live, occupied and critical environments.
Compliance documentation
Certificates of compliance, test and tag records, emergency lighting results and job reports supplied as each job requires.
Environmental care
Energy-efficient lighting, preventative maintenance that extends plant life, and responsible disposal of replaced equipment.
Tender and onboarding documentation
